Easing into Happiness 7-27-2020

For one moment:

Sitting still

Feel your belly moving out and then in as you breathe

Close your eyes

Imagine drawing an outline of your body

Just the outside edge as if you were outlining a silhouette of yourself

Empty out the middle leaving just the thin outer edge

Explore a sense of ease and happiness that arises when your are willing to be present

Free of expectation and demand
